1. Free Service — Registration and placement assistance are completely free. No placement or success fee is charged.

2. ₹100 Commitment Deposit — On accepting the interview call, the candidate must pay a ₹100 refundable Interview Commitment Deposit.

3. Interview Commitment — By accepting the interview call and paying ₹100, the candidate confirms that he/she will attend at the date, time and place mentioned in the call letter.

4. No Cancellation / Rescheduling — Once the interview call letter is issued, cancellation or rescheduling is not permitted. Please accept an interview call only if you are sure you can attend.

5. Refund — The ₹100 deposit will be refunded in full after attending the interview.

6. Non-Attendance — If the candidate does not attend the confirmed interview, the ₹100 deposit will not be refunded. Repeated non-attendance may result in restriction or suspension of further interview opportunities.

7. Correct Information — Candidates must provide complete and accurate information. The candidate is responsible for any consequences arising from false or misleading information and Job Club may discontinue its services in such cases.

8. Joining Information — The candidate must inform Job Club within 24 hours of joining an employer.

9. Employer & Employment — Job Club facilitates the connection between candidates and employers but does not guarantee selection or employment. While we facilitate a professional interaction, we cannot be responsible for the employer's/interviewer's conduct, decisions or actions.

10. Employment After Joining — After joining, matters relating to salary, working conditions, performance, leave, termination and other employment matters are between the candidate and employer.
